Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and outgoing Brand Ambassador to represent Shango in a professional manner at dispensaries and events. As the face of our brand, you will be responsible for educating customers and budtenders about our products and the Shango brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent Shango in a professional and friendly manner at dispensaries and events.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns and strategies in collaboration with sales staff.
  • Transport promotional materials to and from pop-up events.
  • Ensure accurate feedback from customers is relayed to the sales team.
  • Become an expert on the Shango brand and product, answering customer questions and educating budtenders.
  • Attend brand training to stay up-to-date on product and industry trends.
Requirements
  • Must be an Arizona resident with no felony convictions and pass an extensive background check.
  • Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
  • Previous retail experience, preferably in the cannabis industry.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Compassion for the cannabis community.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Ability to obtain a Facility Agent Card.
What We Offer

Starting at $20 per hour, based on experience.
