Custodial Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented Custodial Associate to join our Distribution Center team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment throughout the warehouse. Your role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations by keeping the facility in top condition.

• Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting throughout the Distribution Center.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas.
• Remove trash and ensure recycling procedures are followed.
• Maintain warehouse floors and high-traffic areas to prevent safety hazards.
• Assist in organizing warehouse areas to ensure a tidy workspace.
• Support warehouse operations as needed, including light duties related to stock management and materials handling.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to address cleanliness and safety concerns.
• Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards across the facility.

• Experience in custodial or janitorial roles, preferably within a warehouse or industrial setting.
• Familiarity with warehouse environments and safety standards.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Ability to lift and move items as required by the role.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
• Flexibility to assist with warehouse tasks as needed.
