We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Residential House Cleaning Professional to join our team at Molly Maid. As a house cleaning professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional cleaning services to our clients, ensuring their homes are clean and comfortable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards
  • Follow our process to delight every customer
  • Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
  • Manage the team's schedule and drive safely (for team leads)
  • Maintain equipment (for team leads)
Requirements
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Complete a background check
  • Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks
  • Available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 7am to 4pm
  • Bilingual preferred, must be able to communicate with clients
Benefits
  • Guaranteed minimum wage of $16.00 per hour
  • Ability to make up to $800.00 per week, paid weekly
