**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Carpenter to join our team at B&B Concrete. As a Concrete Carpenter, you will be responsible for performing a variety of carpentry tasks, including erecting and setting forms for concrete structures, foundations, buildings, and site work per specifications and drawings.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Fabricate and assemble tilt-up panels to exact specifications
* Form footings, column pads, and other structural concrete to ensure a strong foundation
* Install and align embedded items such as anchor bolts, inserts, and lifting hardware with precision
* Assist with layout as needed to ensure accurate placement of materials
* Strip forms after panels are poured to maintain a clean and safe work environment
* Maintain and keep track of tools to ensure efficient workflow

**Requirements:**

* Ability to read and interpret construction drawings to understand project specifications
* Physical strength and stamina to perform tasks as needed, including lifting at least 50 lbs
* Knowledge of tilt-up panels and the process is a plus
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to ensure timely arrival on site
* Ability to work weekends if needed to meet project deadlines
* Ability to provide basic hand tools for carpentry
* OSHA Certification or willingness to obtain one to ensure a safe working environment

**Working Conditions:**

* Work outside in various weather conditions, including extreme temperatures and precipitation
* Ability to lift at least 50 lbs to perform tasks as needed
