Lead Barista

Job Title: Lead Barista - Team Leader

As a key member of our cafe team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and leading by example. Your passion for the cafe and its products will shine through in every interaction, making our customers feel valued and appreciated.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Model the cafe customer experience by providing friendly, personal service and thoughtful recommendations.
* Ensure a welcoming cafe environment with a stocked bake case and neatly displayed merchandise.
* Understand customer needs and provide recommendations to improve operations and deliver great service.
* Support positive sales results through efficient ordering and understanding the connections to operations and the P&L.
* Coach and provide feedback to fellow baristas to help them grow and develop.
* Solve problems efficiently and correctly while being a support to others.

**Requirements:**

* Previous experience in a senior barista or barista role.
* Excellent knowledge of cafe business and operations.
* Ability to organize, plan, and prioritize workload.
* Effective communication and delegation skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
