Key Responsibilities:
As a Global Supply Chain Operations Manager, you will:

  • Develop and implement international logistics and supply chain strategies to support our global market needs.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
  • Oversee third-party logistics (3PL) operations at international sites, including inventory management, order processing, and performance evaluation.
  • Analyze and address risks related to international supply chain activities.
  • Work closely with senior management to streamline supply chain processes as we expand into new regions.
  • Report on performance metrics and suggest improvement initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with international suppliers and logistics partners.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, particularly in international operations.
  • Experience in sourcing and managing third-party logistics.
  • Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in handling complex datasets.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with ERP and supply chain management software.
  • Knowledge of HTS codes and customs compliance.
