Job Summary:
The Sales and Operations Expert will be responsible for maximizing customer satisfaction by ensuring optimal inventory levels within their facilities. This role involves building relationships with key customers, contributing to negotiations, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with key customers.
- Contribute to negotiations and discussions with customers to promote ongoing improvement to the program.
- Analyze and investigate inventory variances, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels, adhering to RSH policies on labeling, storage, handling, and packaging.
Requirements:
- HS Diploma (Required)
- Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
- Valid state issued driver license (Required)
- 1-year B2B Sales and/or Operations experience (Preferred)
Estimated Salary Range: $44,800 - $53,400 per year, based on a 40-hour workweek, or approximately $21.45 - $25.70 per hour.
