Café Specialist

Aroma Coffee is a well-established business seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our team. Our café offers a welcoming environment, serving high-quality beverages and food to our valued customers.

Main Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers, provide assistance, and process orders in a timely manner
• Pour drinks, including coffee and tea, by grinding beans and brewing them to perfection
• Prepare food items such as sandwiches, soups, salads, and baked goods
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, restock supplies as needed, and wash dishes and equipment
• Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations, ensuring exceptional quality control

Requirements:

• Prior experience working as a barista is essential
• Excellent customer service skills are required to ensure a positive experience for all patrons
• A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is necessary
• The ability to stand and walk regularly, lift up to 30 pounds, and handle hot beverages is also required
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are vital for success in this role

Shift Information:

• Work across multiple shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
• Hours of operation: Monday-Friday (7am-7pm), Saturday (7am-5pm), Sunday (9am-5pm)
