Job Summary:

Ambe Healthcare Staffing is seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team in Fayetteville. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, responding to respiratory emergencies, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform all aspects and modalities of respiratory care to patients per department guidelines.
Respond to resuscitation situations and other respiratory emergencies when needed.
Maintain and complete appropriate documentation in patients' charts and departmental records.

Requirements:

BCLS certification by the American Heart Association.
Understanding of medical terminology and current respiratory care modalities.
Ability to react calmly and maintain composure in stressful situations and when dealing with co-workers, patients, and hospital guests.
Knowledge of the psychosocial and physiological development and spiritual needs of infants, children, adolescents, and all adult age groups.
Ability to communicate orally, have manual dexterity to operate and assemble equipment, visual acuity, and ability to stand or walk for long periods of time.
Ability to position and move patients, and push heavy equipment to patients' bedsides.

Education and Certifications:

RRT - National Board For Respiratory Care.
1 year experience.
