About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assembly Operator to join our team in Olive Branch, MS. As an Assembly Operator, you will be responsible for assembling servers and other computer hardware, using precision and quality to ensure high-performance results.

Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Assemble servers and other computer hardware, using precision and quality to ensure high-performance results, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
  • Install and replace brackets, labels, and small components with skill and efficiency, utilizing specialized tools and equipment.
  • Execute product assembly operations on various units, maintaining a high level of productivity and quality, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals.
  • Utilize automatic and semi-automatic machines to streamline assembly processes, enhancing production efficiency and reducing waste, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Employ power screwdrivers and assist in recycling operations as needed, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in assembly work, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Able to lift loads of up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods, demonstrating physical stamina and endurance, with a focus on safety and injury prevention.
  • Comfortable working on ladders and exhibiting manual dexterity, with the ability to handle small components and tools, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Works effectively in a team environment, following instructions accurately and contributing to a collaborative atmosphere, with a strong emphasis on communication and teamwork.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent, with a strong foundation in math and problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
Salary and Benefits:
  • Starting pay: $15.50/hr, with an additional $2/hr for swing shift hours (7 am - 3:30 pm or 4 pm - 12:30 am), providing a competitive salary and opportunities for growth and advancement.
