About the Role
\Leidos is seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Professional to join our team as a Senior Network Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support to our customers in the field of network security and infrastructure.
\As a key member of our team, you will identify, analyze, and resolve complex network incidents and problems. You will also provide training and technical guidance to end-users and less-experienced network personnel.
\This is an on-site position that requires a high level of expertise in network security and infrastructure. If you are passionate about cybersecurity and have a strong background in network administration, we encourage you to apply.

\Key Responsibilities
\- Provide advice and training to end-users and less-experienced network personnel
\- Identify, analyze, and resolve network incidents and problems
\- Establish network specifications, input/output processes, and working parameters for hardware/software compatibility
\- Evaluate, administer, and maintain voice, video, and/or data communications networks
\- Manage the usage and performance of voice, video and/or data communications networks
\- Maintain network to meet Enterprise Service Availability and Service Level Agreement requirements
\- Utilize IT Service Management (ITSM) Principles to identify, categorize, prioritize, escalate, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents
\- Maintain network security and ensures compliance with security policies and procedures
\- Participate in the development and implementation of network-related procedures and standards
\- Interface with vendors to ensure appropriate resolution during network outages or periods of reduced performance
\- Assist with development of third-party monitoring actions and procedures for network infrastructure
\- Provide Tier I-II support for problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution of problems
\- Participate in special projects as assigned
