Job Summary

The Fire Sprinkler Service Manager is a crucial role in helping to expand our design team and is a key part of our company's growth strategy. This position provides oversight of the overall management, operations, and performance of the assigned Sprinkler Service department.

The Service Manager will be responsible for scheduling, confirming with customers, providing technical support for field operations, ordering materials needed for work orders, reviewing reports, and invoicing completed work.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled technician with sprinkler service experience looking to step into a management role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Fire Life Safety Industry, specifically within Sprinkler, and will have supervisory experience.

The Service Manager will work with a team of technicians and report directly to the branch GM. The company values leadership, service, and support, and this role is a key part of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and confirming with customers
  • Providing technical support for field operations
  • Ordering materials needed for work orders
  • Reviewing reports and invoicing completed work

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent
  • 3 years Fire Life Safety Industry experience specifically within Sprinkler
  • 2 years Supervisory experience
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
  • Ability to comply with Drug and Alcohol policy and Background screening requirements
  • Ability to travel 90% of the time
