Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Driver to join our team at Point Quest Education. As a Driver, you will be responsible for transporting students with behavioral issues to and from school and other school-related activities in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a van-type company vehicle safely and efficiently
  • Provide transportation for students with behavioral issues to and from school and other school-related activities
  • Monitor students during transportation and ensure their safety
  • Maintain and complete daily required records, including Van Attendance Logs, Van 1:1 Logs, and Van Behavioral Logs
  • Follow safety procedures for loading, unloading, and securing all passengers
  • Run program errands, including package deliveries and transporting students to workability events
  • Conduct pre-trip/post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure proper operation of the vehicle
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working in a school or treatment setting for students with learning or social/emotional problems
  • Clean DMV record and a valid driver's license
  • Ability to read and use a map or GPS
  • DOJ/FBI Live Scan Background & TB Clearance
