Job Description

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and competitive individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in Keene, NH. As a key member of our fast-paced team, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with management at hospitals, clinics, and healthcare companies to provide staffing solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a portfolio of key hiring managers and cultivate strong relationships to earn their continued business.
  • Provide high-quality customer consultation and service to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Work closely with our sales and support teams throughout the entire assignment process.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals by working hard and being proactive.

Qualifications:

  • Strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to problem solve and effectively manage time.
  • Motivated by commission and career growth.
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred.
