Diversified Maintenance is seeking a skilled General Cleaner to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our facilities. Your duties will include:

• Maintaining a clean and safe environment by dusting, wiping, and spot cleaning all surfaces
• Vacuuming, mopping, and wet mopping designated areas
• Cleaning restrooms, including restocking supplies and removing trash
• Sweeping and/or wet mopping floors
• Ensuring all lights are on/off and appropriate doors are locked when leaving an area
• Keeping closets clean, neat, and orderly
