Cashier Outfitter

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Cashier Outfitter to join our team at Bass Pro Shops. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating our point-of-sale systems, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

• Provide world-class customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Operate our point-of-sale systems to accurately process transactions and maintain a high level of sales performance
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and straightening merchandise
• Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management to ensure a visually appealing store environment
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide a legendary customer experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and stand for long periods of time
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
