Advanced Stainless Steel Fabricator

We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Stainless Steel Fabricator to join our team at Tungsten Capital Partners. As a key member of our fabrication team, you will be responsible for welding and fabricating high-quality stainless steel components using TIG and MIG techniques.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position that requires a strong background in TIG welding and fabrication. You will work closely with our engineering team to ensure that all projects are completed to the highest standard. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment and be proficient in operating handheld tools such as drill guns, grinders, and cut-off wheels.
Key Responsibilities- Welding and fabricating stainless steel components using TIG and MIG techniques
- Utilizing laser welding technology to achieve high accuracy and quality
- Fabricating parts for assembly and reworking/modifying existing parts according to specifications
- Working at customer facilities to diagnose, disassemble, demolish, fabricate, assemble, and repair parts and assemblies
- Resolving unforeseen problems while on-site and communicating directly with customers as required
- AWS D1.1 certification preferred but not required
- General fabricating ability and proficiency in operating handheld tools
- Minimum 5 years' experience in TIG welding and fabrication in a manufacturing environment
- High proficiency in TIG welding and polishing light gauge stainless steel and aluminum
- Functional knowledge of standard welding tools and procedures, including MIG welding, TIG welding, and common welding symbols
- Ability to operate a fork-lift and an overhead crane
- Exceptional time management and problem-solving skills
- $22.00 - $27.00 per hour salary
