Job Summary

Konecranes Nuclear Equip and Services LLC is seeking a highly skilled Site Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and inspection of cranes at customer sites. The successful candidate will have prior experience with crane maintenance and a strong understanding of safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete scheduled inspections and preventative maintenance tasks at customer sites, ensuring timely completion and adherence to safety standards.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of crane equipment, identifying and reporting any defects or issues.
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure optimal crane performance and extend equipment lifespan.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to site-based technicians, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to company standards.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their maintenance needs and develop customized solutions.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including inspection reports and repair documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and industry standards, including OSHA and ANSI guidelines.
  • Participate in regular safety meetings and contribute to a culture of safety within the organization.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in industrial electrical/mechanical technology or related field preferred.
  • Minimum two years of experience in crane maintenance or a related field; six months of experience as a service technician preferred.
  • Excellent communication and technical skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and site-based technicians.
  • Strong understanding of safety protocols and industry standards, with the ability to identify and report potential hazards.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and quality workmanship.
