About the Role:

Bach to Rock, a leading music education company, is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Music Educator to join our team at our Warminster, PA location. As a Music Educator, you will be responsible for providing high-quality music lessons to students of all ages and skill levels.

Responsibilities:

  • Teach private and semi-private music lessons using our proprietary curriculum and song arrangements
  • Create a fun, engaging, and focused learning environment that encourages students to reach their full potential
  • Assess students' readiness to join a band or ensemble and provide guidance on how to achieve their musical goals
  • Participate in school events and activities, such as concerts and recitals
  • May be required to repair equipment as needed and able

Requirements:

  • Must have a strong understanding of music concepts and be able to communicate them effectively to students
  • Must have an advanced understanding of music theory and technique relevant to their primary instrument
  • Effective time management and organizational skills to keep students on task during lessons
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a variety of personalities
  • Experienced performer (either solo or group)
  • Experience working with youth and/or beginning musicians
  • Ability to interact effectively with children and adults
  • Ability to pass a background check
