Key Responsibilities:- Assess and prioritize patient needs, developing individualized care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
- Utilize critical thinking to identify and address complex patient needs, ensuring timely and effective interventions.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and patient satisfaction.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- BSN preferred.
- 2-3 years of previous nursing experience, with pediatric experience a plus.
- Delaware State license (or compact license) required.
- Bilingual preferred.
- American Heart Association BLS certification required.
