Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Northwest Hardwoods, Inc. in Plano, TX.

About the Role:

This is an entry-level position that requires a high school diploma and 1-3 years of relevant experience. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent phone-based customer and order support to our fast-paced domestic sales organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide phone-based customer and order support to our sales organization
  • Partner with outside sales team members, product supply managers, and transportation teams to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
  • Handle standard customer inquiries, basic order entries, and fulfillment of products and services
  • Develop a close working relationship with senior level customer service team members and existing customers
  • Contribute to the sales efforts by executing program sales, order entry, and special-order processing

Requirements:

  • High school diploma required
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred
  • Excellent PC skills and ability to quickly grasp and understand order computer systems
  • Ability to multitask and be organized, with strong attention to detail
