Position Summary:

The Parts Warehouse/Shipping and Receiving Clerk plays a crucial role in maintaining accurate shipping and receiving records and ensuring an organized workspace. This position involves executing tasks assigned by the department manager and adhering to internal protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain precise records of all items shipped and received.
  • Process shipments following established procedures.
  • Receive incoming items in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Communicate shipment statuses to relevant internal stakeholders.
  • Handle correspondence as directed by the department manager.
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
  • Track shipments effectively.
  • Oversee the service car rental program.
  • Foster positive relationships between the dealership, customers, and manufacturers.
  • Address select customer complaints as necessary.
  • Adhere to all safety policies and report any incidents promptly.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with the CDK system is preferred.
  • All candidates must be authorized to work in the USA.
  • Must demonstrate a commitment to safety in all tasks.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment screenings, including background checks, MVR, drug tests, credit reports, and possess a valid driver’s license.
