Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Universal Banker to join our team at First Mid Bank & Trust. As a key member of our banking team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth through effective sales and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and accurate service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities, leveraging knowledge of banking products and services to drive growth.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with bank policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of experience in a sales and goal-based environment.
  • 1+ year of banking and/or consumer lending experience.
  • Previous sales experience preferred.
