Flex Merchandising Specialist

We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our retail merchandising team as Flex Merchandising Specialists. As a Flex Merchandising Specialist, you will be responsible for visiting various retail locations within a 25-mile radius of your home to perform a variety of tasks, including auditing products, counting inventory, setting new fixtures and displays, and stocking products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work independently to visit retail locations and perform merchandising tasks
• Audit products and count inventory to ensure accuracy
• Set new fixtures and displays to enhance store appearance
• Stock products and place shelf labels
• Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales goals

Requirements:

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and smartphone access for reporting and photo capture
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and bend, stoop, and stand for long periods
