Job Summary

The Healthcare Operations Supervisor RN is a key role within the Hamilton Health Care System, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. This individual will be responsible for managing admission, discharge, and transfer activities, as well as monitoring and optimizing bed capacity by promoting efficient staff allocation and patient placement.

This role requires strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders and find solutions to complex patient care challenges. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of nursing practices and be able to interpret data to inform decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operations during off-peak hours in collaboration with the Administrator on-call
  • Monitor and optimize bed capacity to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient flow and reduce wait times
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide high-quality patient care
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate or Baccalaureate School of Nursing
  • Current Georgia RN License and BLS CPR certification
  • Minimum 3-4 years of clinical experience, with some management experience preferred
Physical and Mental Demands:

This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, often under stressful conditions. The successful candidate must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

We offer a competitive salary of $$$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
