Job Title: Site Automation Specialist

First Watch Restaurants is seeking a highly skilled Site Automation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Asset Management Team, you will be responsible for managing the administration of leases and supporting the team in their daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the abstraction of leases, amendments, and commencement date agreements into leasing software.
  • Monitor and maintain physical lease files and electronic filing systems.
  • Prepare outgoing mail and overnight packages for the Asset Management team.
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business, or 3+ years of relevant experience in commercial real estate lease administration and/or related accounting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
