Nursing Unit Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Nursing Unit Leader at Cypress Cove Center in Muscle Shoals, AL. As a key member of our nursing leadership team, you will be responsible for leading, guiding, and directing the clinical operations of our nursing units on assigned shifts.

• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, practice standards, and regulations.
• Facilitate the implementation of the care delivery model and processes.
• Mentor and develop staff to achieve positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain adequate nursing staff and minimize overtime and agency personnel.
• Participate in staff recruitment, new hire orientation, and make recommendations for employee promotions, transfers, and terminations.

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, college, or university; BSN preferred.
• Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
