We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nurse Aide to provide exceptional care to our elderly sisters in a supportive and respectful environment.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct care to residents, including assistance with personal hygiene, dressing, dining, transporting, and restorative care. They will also maintain a clean and organized living space, communicate effectively with residents, family members, and staff, and document care as required.

This is a full-time position scheduled to work on afternoons and overnights in a small monastery/convent home environment in Bakerstown, PA. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and possess a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Maintain a clean and organized living space, including resident rooms and common areas
  • Document care as required, using established standards and protocols
  • Communicate effectively with residents, family members, and staff, to ensure high-quality care and services

**Requirements:**

  • High school graduate or equivalent required
  • Certified Nurse Aide certification on file with the state in which the health services are located (plus)
