Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Theatre Management Professional to join our team at Emporia Flinthills 8 Cinemas in Emporia, KS. As a Theatre Management Professional, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our theatre, including managing staff, coordinating events, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate theatre staff to ensure efficient and effective operation of the theatre
  • Coordinate events and promotions to drive ticket sales and increase customer engagement
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and resolve any customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with the maintenance and upkeep of the theatre, including cleaning and repairs
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operation of the theatre

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field, such as theatre management or customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
