Join Our Team as a Lead Embryologist

Your Role:

As a Lead Embryologist, you will play a crucial role in our high-volume Embryology Lab. Your responsibilities will include:

• Expertly identifying, assessing, and culturing oocytes.
• Preparing sperm and performing insemination techniques, including conventional insemination and ICSI.
• Evaluating and selecting embryos for transfer, along with embryo vitrification, warming, and storage.
• Managing the preparation and care of gametes and embryos throughout various laboratory processes, including IVF, ICSI, VIT, ET, and embryo biopsy.
• Conducting assessments of fertilization and zygote quality post-insemination.
• Maintaining familiarity with data entry into an electronic medical record system.
• Understanding collection techniques such as MESA, PESA, TESA, and TESE.
• Adhering to regulatory guidelines and inspections.

Your Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of Embryology.
• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant laboratory science.
• The ability to work independently and effectively within a team environment.
• Strong computer skills for data management.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues.
• Authorization to work in the U.S.A.
