As a reputable and privately-owned provider of ABA Therapy with over 15 years of experience in delivering exceptional nationwide services, we are in search of a motivated and results-oriented behavior analyst. The ideal candidate will embody our commitment to data-driven treatment and respect for all individuals while being eager to learn and collaborate with our local team and Regional Clinical Director.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide leadership and mentorship to clinical staff.
- Conduct thorough initial assessments and meaningful re-assessments for clients.
- Effectively manage a clinically sustainable caseload.
- Analyze therapy team data to inform treatment decisions.
- Strategically update client goals and treatment plans.
- Deliver high-quality training and constructive feedback to parents.
- Collaborate with other professionals as necessary.
- Competitive salary between $78,000.00 and $90,000.00.
