Overview:
As a project coordinator, you will assist the Program Manager in executing BSA-AML initiatives. Your role will encompass daily project support as directed by the BSA-AML Program Manager, which includes project planning, organizing workshops, drafting and distributing meeting notes, ensuring the follow-up on workshop action items, and preparing materials for steering group discussions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organizing and scheduling workshops in collaboration with Workstream Leads and the Program Manager.
  • Creating and disseminating meeting minutes, action items, decisions, and related documentation.
  • Assisting in managing the intake process for new action items arising from various workshops and project meetings; maintaining a tracking log, following up on statuses, and ensuring the completion of outstanding items.
  • Overseeing the entry and updates of Security-related issues/findings within the GRC system.
  • Ensuring effective management of projects from initiation through to implementation.
  • Collaborating with project teams to develop and coordinate comprehensive project plans.
  • Monitoring timelines and ensuring project objectives are achieved through effective management of milestones.
  • Developing presentation materials with the Program Manager for governance forums, including updates on project progress and status, and raising risks and issues pertinent to the program.
  • Providing additional support to assist in the overall Program Management of the BSA/AML Program.
  • Performing other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience in managing complex projects and handling multiple priorities in both independent and team environments.
  • Advanced organizational, planning, and time management capabilities.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and manage relationships across various business units, fostering effective connections through rapport and trust.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Solid understanding of project lifecycles and project management methodologies.
  • Proficient in presentation software with a keen attention to detail.
  • Preferred: Familiarity or experience with Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)/Anti-Money Laundering (AML) processes.
  • Preferred: A four-year degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience, including Project Management Certification.
