Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop vision, roadmaps, and pursue business opportunities in microelectronics systems
  • Lead teams to design solutions for national security challenges and deliver prototypes
  • Manage staff and projects, fostering professional development and delivering results
  • Interact with RF Systems, digital design, and embedded security teams to perform systems engineering and hardware design
  • Apply design techniques, design automation tools, and prototyping capabilities to address challenging problems
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
  • US citizenship and ability to obtain Top Secret security clearance
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in microelectronics systems, with a focus on digital and analog integrated circuits, RFICs, MMICs, and firmware
  • Demonstrated ability to develop vision, roadmaps, and pursue business opportunities
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering prototypes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead complex projects and drive innovative solutions
Preferred Qualifications:
  • M.S. or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field and 10+ years of experience in aerospace and defense
  • Experience with identifying critical research lab investments for RF Systems
  • Experience developing prototypes for Electronics Warfare applications
  • Experience developing and recruiting talent
  • Experience defining, shaping, and growing work program
