Job Description

We have a large board-certified medical staff, comprising over 1,000 primary care and specialty physicians, ensuring that patients receive comprehensive and specialized care.

As a Registered Nurse in our Cardiac Serv-Invasive unit, you will be part of a dynamic team that provides expert care to patients with complex cardiac conditions. Your role will involve assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care, working collaboratively with other healthcare providers to ensure optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Implement evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Current State license as a Registered Nurse
  • Current CPR training
  • Specialty certifications as required
  • BSN preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

You will be required to use standard precautions and PPE to ensure a safe working environment.

Physical Demands

This role requires:

  • Ability to move about the hospital and between workstations
  • Prolonged periods of standing and walking
  • Frequent lifting or carrying of light to heavy patients or equipment
