Position Overview:

This role plays a vital part in the success of Titan Hospitality Group by delivering exceptional customer service to every guest.

Key Responsibilities:

Essential duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintaining composure during busy periods or unexpected events to uphold restaurant standards and set a positive example for the team.
  • Assisting in the training of new employees by positively reinforcing successful performance and providing respectful coaching as necessary.
  • Delivering outstanding guest service by prioritizing the needs of customers and fostering connections.
  • Adhering to operational policies and procedures, including cash handling and safety protocols, to ensure the well-being of all team members during shifts.
  • Keeping a clean and organized workspace to facilitate easy access to resources and products for colleagues.
  • Consistently preparing quality beverages and food items by following established recipes and presentation standards.
  • Complying with health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
  • Recognizing and celebrating individual and team achievements through existing organizational methods.
  • Standing for extended periods and lifting up to 20 lbs, while continuously bending, reaching, twisting, and using hands and arms.

Job Qualifications:

Basic Requirements:
  • Maintain regular attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Adhere to store operating policies and standards, including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and safety protocols.
  • Engage with customers effectively, understanding and responding to their needs through clear communication.
  • Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customize orders based on customer preferences.
  • Willingness to perform various tasks within the restaurant during each shift.
