Job Responsibilities

As an LPN with IntelyCare, you'll be responsible for providing compassionate care to residents in post-acute facilities. Your duties will include:

  • Monitoring residents' physical and mental conditions
  • Tracking vital signs and documenting medical histories
  • Administering medications and tracking their use
  • Cultivating a safe and comfortable environment for residents
  • Assisting with resident intakes and orientations
Qualifications and Skills

To be successful as an LPN with IntelyCare, you'll need:

  • A current Massachusetts state license to practice as an LPN
  • Completion of an approved LPN educational program
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 6 months of experience as an LPN or in a related role
