As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
  • Inspect equipment and components to identify potential issues and prevent downtime.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and branch staff to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintain a positive customer experience.
  • Complete service tickets according to company procedures and standards.
  • Manage inventory and maintain a well-stocked service vehicle to ensure prompt completion of repairs.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment and adhere to company safety policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
  • 3-5 years of related experience in commercial HVAC and refrigeration repair.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work independently.
  • Standard computer skills and ability to use industry-standard hand tools.
  • Ability to climb ladders, work at heights, and crawl in tight spaces as required by the job.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the region and work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Universal EPA certification is highly preferred.
