Branch Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Teller to join our team at Trustco Bank. As a key member of our banking operations, you will be responsible for overseeing daily transactions, supervising tellers, and ensuring the smooth functioning of our branch.

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $60,000 per year, depending on experience. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work well under pressure.

• Supervise a team of tellers and ensure that all transactions are processed efficiently and accurately.
• Monitor cash handling procedures and maintain accurate records of all transactions.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a bank or financial institution.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• The ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
