Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled To-Go Specialist to join our team at Jackmont Hospitality. As a To-Go Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the timely preparation and delivery of to-go orders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Order Taking: Take orders over the phone and in person, offering to-go beverages to guests who have not ordered one.
  • Order Preparation: Prepare orders and organize them into bags, ensuring that all items are included and accounted for.
  • Guest Service: Greet guests and drivers within 30 seconds, cash out orders promptly, and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Cash Handling: Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including online and to-go orders.
  • Order Confirmation: Confirm orders with guests and drivers, thanking them for their business and inviting them to return.
  • Side Duties: Perform various side duties, including answering phones, opening doors, cleaning workstations, expediting orders, and running food.
  • Stocking: Stock the to-go area to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
