Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist

We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join our team at Highmark Health. As a CRNA, you will provide high-quality anesthesia care to patients undergoing surgical procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, and implement anesthesia care for patients, ensuring accurate medical record documentation.
- Provide continuous observation and correction of abnormal patient responses, collaborating with attending physicians as needed.
- Participate in performance and quality improvement initiatives, adhering to legal and ethical standards of nursing and the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists.
- Act as a clinical resource to the interdisciplinary healthcare team, serving as a mentor to new staff or students.
- Current PA RN license
- Certification as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists
- BLS certification
- Preferred: Previous CRNA experience
