Maintenance Supervisor

ROCO Management LLC is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our community's facilities and providing exceptional service to our residents.

• Prioritize and delegate work orders and assignments to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks
• Coordinate emergency maintenance schedules and ensure compliance with financial guidelines and budget
• Effectively communicate with the Property Manager regarding maintenance issues and status of large jobs
• Oversee capital improvement schedules and conduct regular inspections of common areas, roofs, and community rooms
• Maintain a neat and organized shop with a 30-day inventory and make approved purchases of supplies and equipment
• Ensure maintenance personnel understand and comply with Workers Compensation and OSHA Safety rules

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years' experience in multi-family residential property management preferred
• HVAC Certification and Pool Certified where applicable, or must be able to obtain within 60 days of hire
• Ability to lift and carry at least 50 pounds and navigate stairs and ladders easily
• Boiler, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair experience preferred
• Previous supervisory skills preferred
