We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Yard Attendant to join our team at IAA, an RB Global Inc. Company. As a Yard Attendant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility, handling vehicle check-in, detailing, and recovery of assets.
Key Responsibilities- Vehicle check-in and filing information on assigned vehicles
- Detailing vehicles to improve appearance and value at auction
- Operating passenger vehicles safely within the facility and participating in drive-through auctions
- Recovering keys, license plates, and other information or objects from vehicles
- Providing guidance and assistance to visitors
- Training and developing skills in forklift and loader operation
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment with varying weather conditions
- Physical stamina to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 100 lbs.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
