Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment for Team Members and customers.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to Team Members to ensure excellent customer service and food handling practices.
  • Oversee new Team Member training and ensure that all Team Members are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Monitor competitor fuel pricing and work with business partners to remain competitive.
  • Rapidly correct any equipment issues and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Perform duties as GoGetter, Kitchen GoGetter, and/or WetGoGetter as needed.
  • Assist the Store Leader with scheduling, adjustments, merchandising, and promotional activities.
  • Nurture an environment of inclusion and diversity, ensuring that each Team Member has a voice.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of retail or customer service experience.
  • Supervisory experience and customer service skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Food Safety certification preferred.
  • Lifting requirement: up to 50 pounds.
  • Age requirement: at least 18 years old.
