About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Compliance and Logistics Assistant to join our NEXGENS team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the accurate storage, handling, and shipment of FDA-regulated products.

Responsibilities
  1. Inventory Management
    • Verify inventory accuracy through regular audits and physical counts.
    • Label products according to FDA requirements for compliant storage and handling.
    • Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies.
  2. Compliance and Quality Control
    • Adhere to all FDA guidelines for storage, labeling, and handling, including temperature and environmental controls.
    • Inspect products for damage, expiration, and contamination to maintain quality standards.
    • Investigate and resolve any quality control issues that arise.
  3. Order Fulfillment and Shipping
    • Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
    • Process and track orders from receipt to delivery.
    • Provide excellent customer service by resolving any issues promptly.
  4. Warehouse Organization and Safety
    • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following company policies and procedures.
    • Identify and report any workplace hazards or near misses.
    • Participate in safety training programs to enhance knowledge and skills.
  5. Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth operations.
    • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to facilitate collaboration.
    • Share best practices and ideas to improve warehouse operations.
