Job Description

At R&D Partners, we are seeking a highly skilled Instrumentation and Equipment Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for performing preventative, routine, and corrective maintenance of CTU's, process utility systems, and manufacturing/laboratory instruments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine inspections of the facility, equipment, and systems to ensure optimal performance and identify potential issues.
  • Monitor and investigate alarms generated from the BMS/QEMS to ensure prompt response and resolution.
  • Collaborate with external vendors for the service and/or repair of equipment as needed.
  • Ensure that all equipment repairs or maintenance activities are compliant with applicable building codes and regulations.
  • Provide on-call support as needed to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience or Associates Degree with 10 years of experience in a GMP environment.
  • 5-10 years of related instrumentation and equipment experience.
  • Experience using Computerized Maintenance Management Software (Blue Mountain) and Building Management Systems (Siemens Desigo or Insight).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license.
