Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Chelsea Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a family-oriented atmosphere, where you will have the chance to provide exceptional patient care and be part of a dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have a current, unencumbered license to practice as a CNA in the state of VA and excellent patient care skills.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and transferring patients
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as toileting, feeding, and ambulating
  • Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
Requirements
  • Current, unencumbered license to practice as a CNA in the state of VA
  • Excellent patient care skills
