Key Responsibilities:

As a Principal Test Conductor, you will:

  • Ensure that engineering evaluations align with mission goals and that effective testing protocols are established.
  • Oversee the testing of all client samples and manage the operational components of engineering assessments.
  • Act as a key liaison among program, engineering, and management teams.
  • Monitor the status of testing requirements, manage timelines, and compile comprehensive reports.
  • Lead and supervise technicians throughout the testing process.
  • Identify and analyze anomalies, proposing solutions in collaboration with Test and Quality Engineering teams.

Qualifications:

For Principal Test Conductor:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Electronic Warfare within operational or training settings, accompanied by a Bachelor of Science degree; or 3 years with a Master’s degree; or no experience with a PhD; or 9 years with a High School diploma.
  • Prior experience as a US Air Force Combat Systems Officer, US Air Force 1N2, or similar roles in the US Navy or USMC.
  • Familiarity with mission planning, execution, and debriefing processes.
  • Proficiency in technical documentation.
  • Experience in crew/cockpit resource management (CRM).
  • Possession of an active Secret Clearance with the capability to obtain a Top-Secret Clearance and Special Program Access (PAR) as required.

For Sr. Principal Test Conductor:

  • A minimum of 9 years of experience in Electronic Warfare within operational or training settings, with a Bachelor of Science degree; or 7 years with a Master’s degree; or 4 years with a PhD; or 13 years with a High School diploma.
  • Prior experience as a US Air Force Combat Systems Officer, US Air Force 1N2, or similar roles in the US Navy or USMC.
  • Familiarity with mission planning, execution, and debriefing processes.
  • Proficiency in technical documentation.
  • Experience in crew/cockpit resource management (CRM).
  • Possession of an active Secret Clearance with the capability to obtain a Top-Secret Clearance and Special Program Access (PAR) as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with recent investigation and ability to obtain Special Program Access (PAR).
  • Formal training as a unit instructor or graduate of a weapon school.
  • Comprehensive understanding of all facets of Electronic Warfare, including Electronic Protect, Electronic Attack, and Electronic Support.
  • Experience with SIGINT analytical tools.
  • Ability to maintain an FAA Class III medical certificate.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Compensation:

Salary range: $93,000 - $173,200.00
