Join Our Team as a Dishwasher

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a dishwasher at the Billy Goat Tavern of Ooltewah LLC. As a key member of our back-of-house team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of food quality and cleanliness in our kitchen.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate dishwashing equipment to ensure cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, utensils, and equipment.
  • Sort and wash dishes, glasses, and utensils in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless food preparation and service.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the kitchen.
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age to apply.
  • Neatly dressed and well-groomed in accordance with the company uniform and appearance policies.
  • Lifts and carries items up to 70lbs frequently.
  • Works in a hot, damp environment with frequent immersion of hands in hot water, detergents, and sanitizer.
  • Must be able to communicate in enough English as required by the position.
  • Stand and move for 8-hour shifts.
