About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team at Telecare Corporation. As an LVN, you will play a vital role in providing recovery-focused services to our members served.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide safe and effective administration of medical treatment, including medications, as prescribed by the physician.
  • Implement direct care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and standards of care.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement recovery plans.
  • Administer oral and injectable medications as needed.
  • Participate in crisis prevention and intervention techniques.
  • Document progress and provide input on treatment plans.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited LVN program and current licensure.
  • Current CPR/BLS certification.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience working with psychiatric populations.
  • Knowledge of psychiatric illness and its treatment.
  • Understanding of psychotropic medication.
