Key Responsibilities- Perform high-quality ultrasonic diagnostic procedures in accordance with established protocols and physician directives.
- Conduct OB/GYN sonography exams to diagnose and monitor various conditions.
- Provide clear instructions to patients to ensure cooperation and optimal test results.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment by adhering to prescribed safety standards and protocols.
- Ensure the proper functioning of ultrasound equipment and perform routine maintenance tasks.
- Organize and manage examination rooms and work areas, including the ordering and stocking of ultrasound supplies.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Accurately maintain department records, reports, and files as required.
- Ensure the confidentiality of sensitive patient information.
- Collaborate effectively with the ultrasound department and other teams to achieve common goals.
- Document work processes and procedures as necessary.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Registration in OB/GYN Sonography.
- Completion of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonographer program.
